In this class, we will specifically cater for children in Home Education. We will offer a unique opportunity for children to explore their interests in a personalised and flexible environment.

Performing Stars provides weekly art classes that are creative, educational and engaging  for children aged 4-14 years.

We believe that art classes are immensely beneficial for children, providing them with a unique platform to explore their creativity and express themselves. 

Through various artistic mediums, such as painting, drawing, and sculpture, children can discover new ways to communicate their thoughts and feelings. This form of expression is vital for emotional development, as it allows them to process experiences and navigate emotions in a safe and supportive environment. 

Our classes contribute to the development of critical cognitive skills. Engaging in artistic activities can enhance problem-solving abilities, as children learn to approach challenges with an open mind, experiment with different techniques, and iterate on their ideas. 

Socially, art classes provide opportunities for collaboration and team work. When the children work on group projects or share their work with peers, they develop communication skills and learn to appreciate different perspectives. Additionally, our classes will help boost your child's self-esteem and confidence. Completing a project or mastering a new technique gives children a sense of accomplishment, and that they can create something meaningful. 

In our classes we focus on different artists work and different themed art projects. The children will be guided through each activity and be given a step-by-step on how to achieve the end result. Each week, the children will collect all of their work into their own Art Portfolio. Once this has been completed, the children will be able to bring these home to cherish all of their hard work!
